Operational capacity
Dedicated professionals support recurring work within an agreed scope, so growing transaction volume stops competing with internal capacity.
Process control
Documented workflows and supervision keep responsibilities clear, removing the fragmented handoffs that create rework and unresolved exceptions.
Management visibility
Progress reports and exception logs support timely decisions, with reliable records of outstanding work.
How We Build Your Team
Founded to solve a problem its clients kept describing.
The same conversation kept recurring: finance and administration volumes were growing faster than the internal team could absorb, and every proposed fix meant hiring — a role to define, a person to recruit, a manager to supervise them, and a fixed cost that outlasted the workload that justified it.
FINDELIAN was established to offer the other option: take the recurring work out of the organization without taking control of it out of the organization. Over 5+ years supporting EU and U.S. companies, that has meant running finance operations, back-office administration, customer and membership support, and procurement administration for clients who keep every approval, policy decision and sign-off exactly where it was.
The firm is deliberately built as a managed-services practice rather than a staffing agency. That distinction determines how it is run: work is scoped before it is priced, documented before it is delegated, supervised while it is performed, and measured after it is delivered.
Elica Aleksova Najdovska
Elica founded FINDELIAN to support European and U.S. organizations with the recurring finance, administration and account-management work that expands faster than internal capacity — and to do it as a managed service rather than as supplied labour.
Her management approach is deliberately close to delivery. She remains directly involved in the scope, controls and reporting agreed for every engagement, chairs discovery herself, and is the escalation point clients reach when something needs a decision rather than a status update. That is practical at FINDELIAN’s scale, and it is a reason the firm has not pursued volume growth at the cost of it.
Who actually performs the work.
Delivery is performed by English-speaking specialists in Skopje, organized by service line and supervised by a team lead who owns the client relationship day to day. Professionals are assigned to a client scope rather than shared across a queue, so the people who learn your process are the people who run it.

How we hold ourselves to the work.
Accountability
One reporting line, named responsibilities and a team lead who owns the outcome. Supervision is our obligation, not an extra the client manages.
Confidentiality
NDAs before access, least-privilege permissions, and access granted per role and revoked on exit. Client data stays in client-owned systems wherever the engagement allows.
Process discipline
Work runs from documented procedures rather than from memory, so output stays consistent when people, volumes or seasons change.
Continuous improvement
Recurring review of turnaround, accuracy, backlog and exceptions, with improvements written back into the documented process.
