Privacy Policy
This notice explains how FINDELIAN (“FINDELIAN”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website. FINDELIAN is established at Mečkin Kamen 41, 1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.
It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of a client under a services engagement. In that context the client is the data controller and we act as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement — see our Security & Data Protection page.
What we collect
- Details you submit through an enquiry form: name, work email, company, country, service line of interest, estimated team size, optional phone number, a description of the work and a target start date.
- Correspondence you send us by email or telephone.
- Standard technical information generated when a page is served, such as IP address and request metadata, retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
- To maintain a record of our business correspondence with you.
- To keep the website secure and available.
Our lawful basis is your consent for enquiry submissions, and our legitimate interest in responding to business contact and in operating a secure website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiry details are seen by the FINDELIAN personnel involved in responding to you. We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery, who process the data on our instruction under contract. We do not disclose enquiry details to any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where an engagement follows, the correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable accounting and legal obligations.
International transfers
FINDELIAN operates from the Republic of North Macedonia. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under an appropriate safeguard recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
